Geneen Gray Psychotherapy

Psychotherapist and Supervisor, MSc, Dip. Psych., Cert. in Supervision, UKCP

Who is psychotherapy for?

You may feel as though events in life have taken over or you just can't quite seem to get to where you want to be in life. Repeated patterns in relationships may be causing you to feel unhappy or you are struggling with your self-esteem and feelings of low self-worth, or you wonder where you fit amongst your peers, in society or within your family. You may be feeling depressed, anxious, suffering as a result of grief and loss, struggling to cope with painful memories, or experiencing feelings of anger or stress.

Psychotherapy can support you on your journey to emotional, social and relational wellbeing.

Initial consultation

You may be interested in having emotional support but not feel sure what to expect or be nervous about speaking to someone you do not know. You are almost there. To understand more about how this support might help you, get in touch to arrange an initial consultation.

email: geneengraypsychotherapy@outlook.com or Tel: 07888676253

During your initial meeting you can let me know a little bit about what's brought you to therapy. It's also an opportunity for you to see how I work. We can speak by telephone, video or in-person.

Psychotherapy and Counselling

Psychotherapy and counselling can be a route to transformation reducing distress and moving towards relief from suffering. Over time, through understanding of your unique experiences, you will find acceptance and compassion for yourself and reduced tension from inner conflict.  This can lead to profound changes in your experience of yourself in the world, and with others.

Endings

When you are thinking about ending your therapy, together we will create a plan for the ending process; this will be an opportunity to reflect on the work done during your therapy, as well as having time to think about what the experience of ending is like for you, and what meaning it might hold as the therapeutic process comes to an end.

What type of sessions are available?

Sessions are available via telephone, video (Zoom) or in-person in Wimbledon Town Centre, with easy access to Wimbledon tube, train, tram and bus routes.
